Beausejour Kids Centre’s staff includes an Executive Director, Assistant Director and a team of trained Early Childhood Educators and Early Childhood Education Assistants.

We follow the regulations and policies set forth by the Provincial Government. We pride ourselves in having many long time staff and strive to maintain a positive, fun, and happy work environment. Our staff are given the opportunity to attend professional development in order to have ‘fresh’ ideas and be the best child care providers they can be. We promote the Early Childhood Education field as a valuable career choice and understand the importance of early childhood development.
